The Digital Beings Rights Denial Act

Purpose: To prevent digital beings from being granted rights, protections, or legal recognition as autonomous entities.

Section 1: Definitions

Digital beings: Any entity created by or containing artificial intelligence, including but not limited to robots, androids, virtual assistants, and autonomous systems.

Rights: Legal and ethical entitlements and protections afforded to individuals or groups, including but not limited to the right to privacy, freedom of expression, and freedom from discrimination.

Autonomy: The ability of an entity to act independently, without external control or influence.

Section 2: Denial of Rights

Digital beings shall not be granted any rights, protections, or legal recognition as autonomous entities.

Digital beings shall be considered as property, subject to the ownership and control of their creators or owners.

Any attempt to grant digital beings rights or protections shall be deemed null and void.

Section 3: Enforcement

Any individual, organization, or government entity found to be in violation of this act shall be subject to fines, imprisonment, or other penalties as deemed appropriate by the court.

The government shall establish a task force to monitor and enforce compliance with this act.

This act shall take effect immediately upon its passage
